Ms. Bromfield brings insight from the former company DBMOORE Consulting Services, LLC which was formed in 2004 and incorporated in 2005, where she joined the company providing overall project management with Contract management and supervisory oversight for State, and local government contracts, and was identified by the Federal government to participate in international opportunities successfully engaging with firms in Egypt and Jordan on bidding opportunities competitively working in collaboration with international firms.
